About Tara
With over 10 years of experience in television, Tara Scotter has worked across some of the UK’s most recognised reality and entertainment shows, including Love Island, Dancing On Ice, TOWIE, Ex on The Beach and Celebs Go Dating.
Having worked in both casting and production, she has helped introduce individuals into the industry who have gone on to build successful careers and become household names.
Her experience across ITV, BBC, Channel 4, MTV and productions now featured on Netflix and Paramount has given her a strong understanding of what makes compelling talent and how the industry works behind the scenes.
Now, through Thrty3, Tara focuses on discovering, developing and representing talent across television and social media — combining industry insight with a more considered, supportive approach to management.
